Step 1 | talk with us
Take the opportunity to tell us about your vision. We can answer any of your immediate questions over the phone and will book you in for a consultation session to talk about your home improvement plans.
Step 2 | Consultation
After our initial phone call conversation, we'll meet with you onsite to consult, plan and address any ideas or concerns you have about your project. At this stage we will get a full sense of your vision, your wants and needs and the full project scope.
Step 3 | estimating
After our onsite visit, we'll return to the office and put together a quote fit for you, with all your chosen fixtures and materials included. We'll then document your ideas, construct any drawings or renderings that may be necessary to help give a sense of the space and bring your vision to life.
Step 4 | Green Light
Once we get the 'OK' from you, will get in contact to confirm start dates and coordinate with you, so the project runs smoothly. We'll schedule in the necessary jobs and tradesmen to get the project underway and bring your renovation ideas to life.
Step 5 | design options
Once we have the green light we will go through your design and the different options available for materials. Colors and fixtures. From there we will order materials and begin the planning for the start of your project. We will be there to answer any questions you may have about the renovation process. We can make the necessary changes to your project plans, so you're satisfied with every detail.
Step 6 | project progress "build phase"
We keep you in the loop! We have a thorough plan-of-attack that we communicate with you at the beginning of the project and hold ourselves accountable to. We provide you with our schedule and plan as well so that you know where we're headed from week to week. We'll keep you up-to-date with our progress as our skilled trades people complete their section of the job. You'll be the first to know if there are any unforeseen problems that arise, and if this affects the estimated completion date or the cost. Communication at every stage is extremely important to us so we can maintain a smooth work process.
Step 7 | Final inspection
We have a thorough, final walk-through inspection to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the end result. We double-check that every box is ticked and provide you with all the relevant guarantees and certifications. We strive to ensure each and every customer is 100% satisfied and we go above and beyond to meet their expectations.
