How We Run Calgary Construction Projects
Every project starts the same way. You send photos, your budget and your timeline, and we send back a ballpark range before anyone books a site visit. If the numbers work, we visit, complete a 3D floor plan scan and turn your plans into drawings and a detailed estimate. Then we pull the permits, book the inspections and run the schedule through to a final walkthrough and deficiency list.
Our in-house crew handles framing, drywall, flooring, trim, paint and finishing. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC go through licensed trade partners we coordinate for you, so you deal with one contact instead of a list of subcontractors. We hold a City of Calgary business licence and an Alberta prepaid contractor licence, carry liability insurance and have WCB coverage for every worker on site. Most of our work is residential: basement developments and legal suites, kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, whole-home renovations and decks, fences and pergolas across Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks and Cochrane. We also handle commercial build-outs for businesses and landlords within the City of Calgary.
Who we work with
Homeowners make up most of our clients: families finishing a basement or adding a legal suite, owners updating a kitchen or bathroom in a house they plan to stay in, and buyers of older homes who want everything done before they unpack. We also work with condo boards and property managers on multi-unit deck, fence and pergola projects priced per unit, and with landlords and business owners on tenant improvements, show suites and office and retail build-outs.
What you can expect from us
You get a ballpark range from your photos and budget before anyone books a site visit, so you know early whether the project fits. Larger projects come with a detailed estimate, a phased schedule and a contract, with a deposit and then payments tied to progress. For commercial work we provide insurance certificates for your landlord and schedule noisy work within building rules. Every job ends with a walkthrough and a deficiency list that gets closed out before we call it done.

Are you licensed and insured?
