Whether you use the form above, email us or call 403-618-9757, every new project follows the same four steps, whether it is a single bathroom or a full commercial build-out.
- Send photos and details. Photos of the space, a few inspiration pictures, your budget and your timeline. For commercial work, send your floor plan and your lease timeline or opening date.
- Get a ballpark range. We reply with a ballpark range, or a preliminary proposal for commercial work, before anyone books a site visit, so you know early whether the numbers fit.
- Site visit and measurements. If it lines up, we visit, measure or 3D scan the space and check the details that could change the plan, like plumbing, venting, structure and permits.
- Detailed estimate and schedule. You get a detailed estimate and, for larger projects, a phased schedule and contract before any work starts.
What to include for your project
The more you send, the tighter the ballpark range we can give you. Here is what helps most for each type of project:
- Basement: photos of the space, your budget and timeline, and whether you are looking for a legal secondary suite.
- Kitchen or bathroom: photos of the current room, a few inspiration pictures, your budget and your timeline.
- Deck, fence or pergola: photos of the yard or existing deck, a rough size, your budget and when you want it built.
- Whole-home or main floor: photos of the main areas, the walls or rooms you want to change, your budget and timeline.
- Commercial build-out: your floor plan, lease timeline or opening date, budget and company name.
